Sterling
We decided to go to Sterling because I had never been, Andrea hadn't been in a long time, and you get to take a tram up to the tasting room and get to enjoy a view. Sterling has separate tastings for reserve tasting and for club selection tastings. We wanted to do the reserves which had the older wines. We did the reserve flight ($25) which the woman serving the wine substituted a couple older reds for the white and one of the younger reds since we were definitely more interested in the reds. This flight included a Merlot and a 1990 and 1997 Cabernet. We also ordered one tasting of a 1994 Cabernet so we could get a more complete vertical on the Cabs.
