What better a place to have my bachelor dinner than at a wine bar, the only wine bar in town (and probably within any reasonable driving distance). We had some very tasty wines including a Pinot Grigio and an Erath Pinot to start and then later some Rieslings, Viogner, and Cotes du Rhone. Of course, it never hurts to start the evening with a glass of champagne and some caviar (we were in Sturgeon Bay after all). Yum!
