Mt. Tam: Mtn. Home Inn to Mt. Tam via Fern Creek Trail

Distance: 4.7 miles roundtrip
Elevation: 800' to 2571'

 

 

This hike is what I'd call my "comfort hike." I haven't hiked in far too long a time and it's comforting to do one that is so familiar. Still, I did this hike at a different time of day than I normally do and I actually missed a turn off on the trail.

I've started reading John Shaw's book on Landscape photography. Makes me feel like my shots are so unimaginative. Oh well...
