Michael and Rob shamed me and Andrea into doing the 7K run, be we were glad we did it. This was the first (and only) race we had run this year. I finished in 40:37 (9:20 pace) and Andrea finished in 47:42 (10:57 pace). Complete results are here. I'm definitely a fatty boombah this year - last year I ran the half marathon at this pace and the 12K in 1:06 (an 8:50 pace). Well, looks like I need to eat less and run more!
